As of 21 February 2022 only 25% of employees must work remotely.
This change is applicable for any company or organization in the services sector excluding essential services.
Employers should take note that the percentage includes employees who are self-isolating due to being sick or being close contacts of confirmed positive cases and who are working from home. Employees that are making use of their leave of absence are also included.
It is advised that employers plan accordingly to ensure maximum employee efficiency in order to minimize any negative impact this might have on the operations for the business.
