Update: New Covid-19 Restrictions for Businesses in Cyprus

As of 10 January 2022 the percentage of employees that are required to work remotely will increase to 50%.

All previous guidelines in this regard remain in force. 

Employers should also take note of the following:

As of 6 January 2022, close contacts of confirmed cases, regardless if they are vaccinated or not, will have to undergo a rapid test or PCR on the 3rd and 5th day since the last day of contact with the case. 

It is of the utmost importance for employers to plan their work schedules accordingly in order to ensure maximum efficiency.
